We developed a fully customized inventory management platform that empowers businesses with real-time visibility into stock levels across seven regional distribution centers. Challenges

The project required seamless integration with a legacy SAP ERP system, ensuring data consistency and compatibility across all operational layers. One of the primary challenges was to synchronize inventory data in real time across multiple geographically distributed warehouses. This involved mapping outdated data structures, handling batch processing limitations, and building robust middleware APIs. Our solution ensured that stock levels, order updates, and replenishment workflows were always aligned, regardless of warehouse location or existing infrastructure constraints, enabling a unified, scalable ecosystem.
